- Own value assurance across a digital product portfolio with $200M+ USD in revenue unlock, defining the KPIs each product is measured against and testing whether delivery is actually moving them.
- Partner with PMs across the portfolio to translate product outcomes into measurable value, and act as the single reporting line into C-level leadership on portfolio performance.
- Owned an integrated supply chain planning product suite through multiple stages of discovery, development and launch – $17.5M AUD EBITDA uplift from optimised production and maintenance plans.
- Led a hybrid team of 6+ (BAs, developers, testers), owning the roadmap, backlog and release decisions.
- Managed the company-wide rollout of an information, workflow and strategy management system across supply chain, HR, and Digital & IT with 700+ employees affected.
- Mapped and redesigned 30+ critical process workflows, shipping 10+ process improvements.
- Built, shipped and supported low-code operational apps used daily across various clients – including gathering user requirements, developing the solution, and leading the change management.
- Internal innovation tool: rebuilt internal innovation management tool with improved UX, improving user adoption by 20x from <10 users on legacy system to 200+ at launch.
